Women are particularly likely to limit their job-search areas during the child-rearing ages of 25-45. Self-imposed search restrictions may limit women's wages as well as employment levels, the researchers suggest. | | Source: The Labor Market Consequences of Gender Differences in Job Search | | | | | | FEATURED PRODUCT | | | Yes to the Mess: Surprising Leadership Lessons from Jazz | | HBR Press Book | | What can Duke Ellington and Miles Davis teach us about leadership?
