Special Invitation
April 1, 2015
Dear Valued Colleague,
We’d like to invite you to participate in a survey we are conducting to understand, from a cross-functional perspective, the experiences of organizations that have implemented or are in the process of implementing a customer centricity strategy. By “customer centricity strategy” we mean an organization-wide effort putting the customer’s point of view at the center of all activities. For this particular study, we are interested in organizations with 100 or more employees.
As a thank you, once you have completed the survey, you will be able to download a complimentary copy of the Harvard Business Review article, “Manage Customer-Centric Innovation—Systematically” by Larry Selden and Ian C. MacMillan.
To participate, simply click on the link below:
Please be assured that your responses are completely confidential and results will be analyzed in the aggregate only. Any personal data will not be used for any purpose other than for the research exercise itself. Thank you in advance for participating in this effort.
