| Dear Valued Colleague, | | The Smart Buildings movement, fueled by the Internet of Things (IoT), has enabled smart workspaces that are designed and managed for closer collaboration, higher productivity, and enhanced safety among occupants. The drive for smart workspaces is increasing as rising real-estate costs and new tax and accounting rules make underutilized and inefficient workspaces a financial liability. HBR Analytic Services is conducting research to understand the extent to which organizations are currently adopting and/or planning to leverage technology to enhance their facilities and workspaces.
