Dear Valued Colleague,
While collaboration initiatives may have been first introduced to the front office, increasingly organizations are considering uniting two back office giants: Finance and HR. With both of these functions touching so much of the organization, setting them up to integrate seamlessly and share common data can create profound efficiencies for their teams, the IT department, and the entire enterprise.
Harvard Business Review Analytic Services is conducting research to explore how executives look at the technology strategy of their HR and Finance teams and if they plan to increase these teams’ tech partnership.
As a thank you, upon completion of the survey, you will be able to download a complimentary copy of Harvard Business Review’s article collection, “When Employees Are Using Software That IT Hasn’t Approved.” In addition, we will post a summary of survey results on HBR.org later this winter.

COMPLETE THE SURVEY

Please be assured that your responses are completely confidential and results will be analyzed in the aggregate only. Any personal data will not be used for any purpose other than for the research exercise itself.
Thank you in advance for participating in this effort.
Sincerely,
Sarah McConville
